SHADOEVEX is a skill-based esports competition — not a betting or gambling platform. Here is exactly how it is structured to stay lawful in Pakistan and compliant with Islamic principles.

1. A game of skill, not chance
Every result is decided purely by how well teams play — placement and eliminations under published, fixed scoring rules. There is no lottery, draw, spin, random reward, or any chance-based mechanic. Skilful teams win; luck does not decide outcomes.
2. The fee is a service charge — not a stake
Where a tournament has a registration fee, that fee is a service charge for organizing and running the event — servers, administration, officiating, and logistics. It is not a wager or a stake. It is never pooled together and handed to a winner. Many of our tournaments are also free to enter.
3. Prizes are sponsor / organizer funded and fixed
Prize money comes separately from sponsors/partners or from SHADOEVEX's own funds. Prizes are fixed and announced in advance and do not depend on how many teams register or how much is collected in fees. Each tournament page shows who funds its prizes. Because winners are not paid out of the losers' money, there is no pooled stake and no gambling.
4. No wagering, no wallet, no odds
There is no betting or wagering between users, no odds, no stored-value wallet, no deposits, and no user-to-user money transfer. Payments flow one way — a service fee to the organizer — and prizes flow out from sponsors/organizer with public proof.
5. Shariah position
The structure is designed to avoid qimar/maysir (gambling) and gharar (excessive uncertainty):
- The registration fee is ujrah — a fee for a defined, real service.
- Prizes are a reward (ju'ala) provided by a sponsor or the organizer, not the pooled stakes of the contestants.
- Rules are clear and fixed in advance; outcomes depend on skill; prize funding is disclosed.
We seek review from qualified scholars and legal counsel and welcome questions from the community.
6. Age & responsible participation
You must be 18 or older to enter any tournament that has a registration fee or a cash prize. Free, no-prize events are open to players 16+ with parent/guardian consent. Play responsibly; only pay a service fee you can comfortably afford.
7. Governing law
These arrangements and our Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with the courts of Pakistan having exclusive jurisdiction. SHADOEVEX is an independent organizer and is not affiliated with KRAFTON, Tencent, Level Infinite, or PUBG MOBILE — see our Disclaimer.
