Refund & Payment Policy

1. Registration fee (service charge)

• The registration fee is a service charge for organizing the event — not a stake, and never pooled to fund prizes. Many events are free to enter.
• Where a fee applies it is charged per player and multiplied by your team size; the total is shown before you pay.
• Paying reserves your slot. Manual (bank/wallet) payments require a valid transaction reference and an uploaded proof screenshot, and are confirmed after organizer review.
• A slot is confirmed only once payment is verified and the team is approved.

2. When fees are refundable

• Tournament cancelled by us: if we cancel a tournament before it begins, paid registration fees are refunded in full.
• Registration rejected: if your paid registration is not approved and your slot is not filled, your fee is refunded.
• Duplicate/overpayment: verified duplicate or excess payments are refunded.

3. When fees are NOT refundable

• Voluntary withdrawal after your slot is confirmed.
• No-show, failure to check in, or missing the match window.
• Disqualification or blacklisting for cheating, fraud, or rule violations.
• Schedule changes, postponements, or rescheduling where the tournament still takes place.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or the account you paid from, typically within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank/wallet's processing time. Any third-party transfer charges may be deducted. Contact us with your transaction reference to request a refund.

5. Prize payouts

• Prizes are paid after results are finalized and disputes resolved, to the payout details you provide.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any taxes or charges on prizes.
• We may withhold a payout pending identity or result verification, or forfeit it in cases of confirmed cheating or fraud.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in immediate suspension pending resolution. Please reach out first — most issues are resolved quickly.
